The COVID-19 pandemic\, rapid social change\, and modern pressures have made mental well-being more pressing than ever. Yet for many immigrants—including the Chinese community in Europe—mental health remains a sensitive or even stigmatized topic. \nTo address this issue\, the Foundation of Intercultural Participation of Chinese Families (IPCF) launched the Chinese Mental Health Day four years ago. Since then\, the event has become a safe place for Chinese families to gather\, learn\, and openly discuss topics which often left unspoken. This year marks the 4th edition\, taking place in Amsterdam on October 11–12\, 2025. \nThis edition consists of 10 workshops in total. The theme is balance—between body and mind\, self and others\, heritage and new change. The program combines professional expertise with cultural sensitivity\, supported by psychologists\, therapists\, and coaches from across Europe. The Workshop topics covers mindfulness\, body–mind healing\, intimate relationships\, parenting\, art therapy\, and cross-cultural family communication. All sessions are conducted in Mandarin\, tailored to the realities of Chinese people living in Europe.\nChinese Mental Health Day creates a sense of belonging for then\, whose daily life often carries multiple pressure: integrating to local community while preserving their original cultural identity. Parents face different child-rearing norms\, young adults navigate identity conflicts\, and elders may feel isolation.
