\nAfter the lecture, a short visit to our -small- Chinese garden with striking plants is possible.
\nThis is followed by the traditional 3-course lunch, with inspiration from Chinese cuisine
\n*As a starter this time a Chinese vegetable soup with pak choi, Tong-Ho and shrimps.
\n*This is followed by the “Dragon Pie” with 3 types of mushrooms, including black Chinese mushrooms and a garnish with Lotus root.
\n*The dessert is a nod to Chinese history: how about a mandarin bavarois with loquats and go-ji berries? <\/p>\n<\/a>
