To celebrate the start of the Year of the Horse, we are diving into the world of Cantonese Dim Sum. While typically enjoyed as breakfast in China, we’ll be enjoying them for lunch.

Expect a wonderful variety of flavors, from classic meat and shrimp dumplings to unique specialties like sticky rice with chicken, congee, and the famous ‘egg tart’.

Our host, OEY Toen Ping, will enlighten us with a remarkable collection of Chinese Zodiac figures. These are replicas of the world-renowned statues from the Yuan Ming Yuan (Old Summer Palace) in Beijing. During the Second Opium War of 1860 the English and French soldiers destroyed the palace and looted these invaluable art pieces.

At the end of the luch there will be a surprise to truly welcome the Chinese New Year
